After my meditation, I got up and did my cardio for the day. I had my superfood protein shake with flax seeds in it and got things ready.
I took Ethan to school and then attended book club call as I ate my second meal of the day which was meat balls and green beans.
I headed to my Mom's to work for the day.
At lunch time I had my third meal of the day which was pike and broccoli.
It's official! I have registered for the Bikini Fitness Competition! I'm so excited! It all seems more real now!
Before heading to get Ethan, I had my fourth meal of the day which was pork roast and broccoli.
Ethan and I headed home. I got his dinner ready and then did my upper body workout. After my workout I had my other superfood protein shake with Recover in it. Today was a low day so I was able to have some chia seeds in my shake.
After dinner, Ethan and I headed to guitar lessons since I missed taking him on Tuesday night. It's interesting how a change in schedule can change your focus! I'm grateful that Ted allowed us to switch. It was a great lesson for Ethan. He is really loving his classical guitar and finger picking and is getting it quite quickly.
We came home and got ready for bed. We read some in The Wings of Fire and then when Ethan was asleep I read some in my Elon Musk book. After reading for a bit I headed off to sleep as well.
