After my workout, I had my superfood protein shake; however, I did not have ground flax in it as it was a lowest day which meant just meat and veg with my two shakes.
I got things ready for the day and took Ethan to school. I had my second meal of the day which was meatballs and peas.
I then headed to the grocery store to pick up a few things while I listened in on my leadership call.
After leadership call, I ran a couple of errands and then had my triad call. Onthe call, I learned about the importance of consistency. After the call, I headed into my Mom's to do some work until it was time for my next triad call. I ate my third meal of the day which was pork roast and broccoli.
On my second triad call, we talked about focusing on what we did accomplish as opposed to what we didn't accomplish. We talked about how focusing on what wasn't accomplished was defeating and didn't help to get more things done.
After the call, I did some more work and then ate my fourth meal of the day which was meatballs and green beans.
I then headed to get Ethan from school and we headed home. When I got home I did my lower body weight workout and then had my other superfood protein shake. Again, I did not get either hemp or chia seeds in this shake as it was a lowest day.
After dinner, Ethan and I read some in his Wings of Fire book and then once he was asleep I read some in my Elon Musk book and headed to sleep myself. Hockey practice on Tuesday morning means getting up super early!
