After my workout I had my superfood protein shake with Recover in it.
We spent the day working on Ethan's diorama for school, picture below, and running errands while we waited for parts to dry so we could go on to the next part.
For my second meal I had turkey and Brussels sprouts. We also got laundry done, the house tidied, and food prepared for several days. It was a productive day. It was maintenance day as Sunday is scheduled to be.
My third meal was chicken and cauliflower. My fourth meal was my other superfood protein shake. Dinner was baked pike that we caught on Saturday and boiled cabbage. I drank 3L of water which was close to being back on track with the usual 4L that I normally drink. All in all, I was pleased with how the day went and how I was back on track. I am confident that Coach Michelle and I will see the results at the end of this week that we are desiring!
Today's lesson was that we can be very productive as a family when we all work together and set out to accomplish specific things!
