We stopped at Xtreme Trampoline park in Kanata. It was a good time and a great workout! I jumped for 35 minutes. Here's a picture of part of the trampoline park!
When I first started jumping, I felt a bit dizzy and a bit queasy. I kept going though and eventually got used to the motion and quite enjoyed myself. It was a lot of fun watching the kids jumping around and having a good time. There were some acrobats out there too doing flips which was exciting to watch.
Today's lesson is to really give something a good try before you give up or write it off as no fun!
I had some pork roast and broccoli when we got in the truck and headed for home.
When we got home I did my lower body weight workout which was quite challenging after jumping earlier in the day! After that workout, I had my other superfood protein shake.
I then had a shower and unpacked all our stuff and did some laundry.
We had dinner which for me was meatballs and pea pods.
After dinner we watched a movie and headed to bed. We were all pretty tired from our mini vacation. I was especially tired from the two poor nights of sleep that I had since I forgot my mouth guard for my sleep apnea. I was really looking forward to a good night of sleep!
