I got up and had my superfood protein shake and got ready to head to Camp Fortune so Ethan and Joe could go skiing.
When we arrived at the ski hill, I helped the guys get ready for their ski day and then situated myself in the chalet for the day. I had my second meal of the day which was pork roast and Brussels sprouts. I read some of Feeling Good as well as The Year of Yes. This was a book that was suggested to me as a good read. So far, I am having a hard time getting into it. I am sure that it will get better as I get into it.
Ethan and Joe came in and had a bite to eat and then headed back out to ski some more. I had my third meal of the day which was mussels and broccoli. I also began to watch some videos for the Blueprint for Personal Transformation that I am involved in. It started before Christmas; however, I was finishing up some other training that I was taking before beginning this program. So far I have enjoyed the videos that I have watched and I also learned something new about myself while watching them. That is always cool!
When Ethan and Joe finished skiing for the day early afternoon, we headed to the Gatineau Hills to go snowshoeing. Despite being in the chalet all day, I was freezing from the door opening and closing so I wasn't excited about heading outside to go snowshoeing. I have to do all my workouts now though so off I went. I warmed up near the end of the snowshoe hike and enjoyed the beautiful scenery in the hills despite being cold. Here is a picture of the alley way leading into the snowshoeing trails.
After the movie Ethan and I read some in his Land of Stories book and then he went to sleep.
Joe and I attended our team training call and then headed to bed.
