I had my second meal of the day which was shrimp and broccoli.
Next I had my book club call for the second last chapter in the Power of Focus. I highly recommend this book if you have not read it. Both the blue version and the yellow tenth anniversary edition are great reads. Each book has some information that the other book does not so it is suggested to read both.
I got some last minute laundry done for things that I wanted to bring on the trip and got cleaned up to go.
We had a smooth drive up to Ottawa. On the drive I had my third meal of the day which was pork roast and green beans.
When we got there I had my other superfood protein shake and then we headed over to city hall to go for a skate on the outdoor rink for my cardio. Here's a picture of the rink all lit up.
After dinner we watched a movie and then headed to bed to read some of the Land of Stories with Ethan.
