I got things ready for the day, had my superfood protein shake, and then we headed in the car to take Luke home to my Mom's for the day. I then dropped Ethan off at school and ate my second meal of the day which was pork roast ad broccoli. I then headed to the soup kitchen where I did dishes for the morning. I've decided that this is the best task for me as it allows the other volunteers to focus on preparing the meal and allows us to get out on time each day. Just being there allows me to pick up cooking tips and ideas which is cool.
After I was done, I ate my third meal of the day which was pike and cauliflower when I got back to the car. I then headed to my Mom's to work for the day.
I had my coaching call with my Life and Authenticity coach, Darcy. It was another great call and I learned more about myself. One cool realization was that I am getting better about being curious instead of angry when life comes down my road. We also talked about what was possible for me when I put my mind to it! Exciting!
After my call, I ate my fourth meal of the day which was roast beef and Brussels sprouts and then I headed to get Ethan from school.
We headed home. I took Luke out for his walk after this dinner so that Ethan and Joe could play their game together and then I did my workout. Friday was cardio and upper body.
After dinner I had my other superfood protein shake with Recover in it and then I read Ethan some in The Land of Stories and then headed to bed myself. I read a bit in my Elon Musk book and then headed to sleep. I have found that I am getting increasingly tired lately so I have been going to bed earlier than I usually do.
Today's lesson was that I am more powerful than I thought I was!
