After I dropped Ethan off at school, I took Luke for his walk and then headed to my Mom's to work for the day. I had my second meal of the day which included meat and vegetable for a low day. I don't recall what that meat and vegetable were and I didn't record my food.
Today's work shifted from focusing on my health business to finding a job. I spent the day applying for jobs and speaking with other team leaders for ideas on how to generate income. I have had some great ideas which included teaching in different forms.
My third meal also consisted of meat and vegetable for a low day.
In the afternoon, I had a commitment to go skating with Ethan's class at Market Square so I picked him up from school and took him. I skated for a bit; however, eventually got off the ice as it was too treacherous for me with all the kids zooming around me! I'm not that good of a skater!
After skating, Ethan and I headed home. I ate my fourth meal of the day when we got in the car before we headed out. It was meat and vegetable for a low day. The special appointment at my chiropractor's office was cancelled so I didn't need to be there to present about health and nutrition.
I did my lower body workout when we got home and then ate my other superfood protein shake with Recover in it while I got Ethan's dinner ready. We took Luke out for his walk after dinner and then played board games, read some in The Land of Stories, and then headed to bed. I read some in my Elon Musk book to prepare for book club call on Wednesday as I would be leading the call to speak about chapters 5 and 6.
