I got some maintenance stuff done around the house such as laundry, cleaning, and tidying up while I waited for time to take Luke for his walk.
After Luke's walk, I did some more maintenance around the house and packed my food for the day. During maintenance time I ate my second meal of the day which was pork chop, green beans, and squash.
We headed to town to do some errands and then we headed to the hockey rink so that Ethan and Joe could play a parent/kids game that the coaches of Ethan's team set up. On the way to town I had my third meal of the day which was sardines and broccoli. Here's a couple of pictures that I took from the event.
After we left the ice we headed home to feed and walk Luke, prepare our dinner and watch the superbowl game. On the way home I had my other superfood protein shake with hemp seeds in it.
Ethan had a PA day on Monday from school so he was grateful to be able to stay up to watch the whole game. For dinner I had chicken thighs, a bit of salad, cauliflower, and a bit popcorn with the game. It was great that I was on a medium day so that I could have a bit of popcorn with the game. It was an exciting game. We weren't invested in either team, but loved that New England came back to win the game and make history!
After the game we all headed to bed.
Today's lesson was that people can do what seem like impossible things when they put their minds to it!
