After my meditation I got up and had my superfood protein shake with flax seed in it and then got things ready for the day. Thursday was a carbohydrate day so I was excited to have sweet potatoes with two of my meat and veggie meals.
I got Ethan to school and then headed to my Mom's and took Luke for his walk. He slept in and ate his breakfast late and so wasn't ready to walk before we left for the day. I get needing some extra sleep from time to time! Good job that Luke listens to his body!
After Luke and I went for a walk, I had my second meal of the day which was beef and broccoli.
I spent the day chatting with people about their health and whether they were ready to change their situation. I so love my "job"! I get to help people feel better and make positive changes for themselves. How cool is that! I admit that I feel frustrated when some people do not want to change, but I am working to let go of the attachment of wanting it for them more than they want it for themselves. The only person I can change is myself.
For my third meal of the day I had pork chop with cauliflower.
After chatting with some more people in the afternoon, I ate my fourth meal of the day which was chicken thigh and Brussels sprouts and then headed to pick Ethan up from school. We then headed home and had dinner. I had my other superfood protein shake with chia seeds in it.
After dinner, Ethan and I took Luke for his walk. When we got back, Ethan read his book while I did the dishes and packed lunches for the next day. This was another sign to me that I am feeling better as I actually had the energy to get things ready for the following day. After I finished up these evening tasks, Ethan and I play a couple of board games. I won a game and he won a game. We then headed in to read some in The Land of Stories. Once Ethan was asleep, I read some in my Elon Musk book while I waited for my team training call. This was another clue that I am feeling better as I was able to stay awake to attend the 9pm call.
I really enjoyed the training given by my teammate, Doreen. She is such a wealth of knowledge and I was grateful that she shared with me and others on the call.
After the call I headed to bed.
