I dropped Ethan off at school and then headed to my Mom's to work for the day. I had my second meal of the day which was chicken and green beans.
I got caught up on my posts from the weekend and then had my team triad calls. This week the conversations were around accountability on one call. In between calls I had my third meal of the day which was pork roast and Brussels sprouts. On the other call, we talked about being overcommitted and ways to manage life within that. One lady indicated that she needed to pull back for a bit but that she was torn with the decision. It was an emotional call. It's tough to know what the right decision is sometimes when life comes down your road!
After my last call I had my other superfood protein shake with hemp seeds in it and then I headed to get Ethan from school.
We headed home and I got dinner ready. I had pork chop and broccoli.
After dinner I had a call with my posing coach, Zara, so that I could write down some tips to remember when I practice.
After my call, Ethan and I got ready for bed. We read some in The Land of Stories and then headed to bed. I was still feeling tired from allowing myself to get depleted.
I am grateful that I am back to listening to my body! I hope that I can recover quickly so that I can get back on track with my training! That's my lesson for today again - Listen to Your Body! It knows what is best!
