After our walk I had my superfood protein shake with flax in it and got my food packed for the day. It was a medium day so besides my two superfood protein shakes, I had three meals. The first meal was meat and green veggies and the other two meals were meat, green veggies, and complex carbohydrates. I chose butternut squash.
Joe and I headed to town to pick Ethan up and take him for a play date at his friend, Stephen's, house. Joe and I got our grocery shopping done and then headed back to get Ethan. We all headed home.
I did my evening cardio workout and followed that with my superfood protein shake with hemp seeds in it.
After dinner, we watched a movie and then headed to bed.
