It was a lowest day so besides my two superfood protein shakes I had three meals which consisted of meat and green veggies.
I finished the last few things to get the house ready for my guests such as setting out their towels and toiletries as well as snacks.
My friends, Suzan and Tammy, arrived for our spa day. We had tea, snacks, and visit before they each had a sauna, a foot spa with magnetic clay, and then we all had a facial. The facial recipe was:
1/2 cucumber, peeled
1 tbsp. honey
1/4 cup oatmeal
Blend. Add more oatmeal if too thin. Apply to face and leave sit for 15 minutes. Rinse and follow with Rejuvity skin care system. Here's a picture of us with our facial mask on.
After the ladies left, Joe and I went for a nice walk outside for my other cardio workout and then I did my core workout before we had dinner. Joe brought a surprise dinner of tuna steaks which he blackened and then grilled. It was delicious! I had mine with sautéed mushrooms.
We then watched a movie and headed to bed.
