Joe, Ethan, and I finished up the house work to prepare for our guests for Ethan's birthday celebrations with my side of the family.
It was a medium day so besides my two superfood protein shakes with flax seeds in one and hemp seeds in the other, I had three meals. One meal was meat and green veggies and the other two were meat, green veggies, and a complex carbohydrate. Today for my carbohydrates, I had a half a gluten-free oatmeal bagel that Joe got at Wendy's Country Market for us to try and then a bit of sweet potato fries with a small piece of Ethan's birthday carrot cake (with no icing of course). After everyone left I did my other workout. This consisted of core exercises, Posing practice, and cardio. I watched Joe and Ethan play their video game together while I worked out.
After I finished my workout we all went to bed. I read Ethan a chapter in The Land of Stories and then I read some in Thrive before heading off to sleep myself.
