Today's work consisted of applying for some more jobs, talking to people about their health and nutrition, and learning the new programming language to open up consulting opportunities for me.
Later in the morning, I had my triad call where we talked about my action steps for my business going forward. It was a very useful call!
Mid-afternoon, I did my lower body workout and followed that with my superfood protein shake with Recover in it.
It was a low day so my three meals besides my two superfood protein shakes consisted of meat and green veggies.
After dinner, Ethan and I played chess. He beat me. He was inspired to play from watching the movie about the girl who became a chess champion in Uganda.
We then did up the dishes and packed lunches before heading to bed. We read a chapter in The Land of Stories.
I did some more work while I waited for it to be time to chat with a friend about her health and nutrition.
I then headed to bed and read some in Thrive and then went to sleep.
