I got Ethan up and he held Peach before he got ready for school. I dropped him off at school and then hosted book club. The call dropped part way through so I only got through chapter 8, but got some lovely feedback from a team mate, Evan. He said that I was a great facilitator of calls and that I had a way about me that makes it easy and welcoming to share. He also said that I review the material in a way that is easy to follow and thought provoking. Cool! It's always nice to get such great feedback!
After book club call I headed home to submit some more job applications.
Today was a low day so besides my two superfood protein shakes I had three meals which consisted of meat and veggies.
I headed in to pick Ethan up from school and then we headed home. He held Peach for a bit as it was the last time he could hold her until Friday night as it was feeding night. Once a snake eats, you cannot handle it for at least 48 hours or you may cause it to regurgitate it's food which is very harmful for it.
I did my second cardio workout of the day as Coach Michelle has added two long but moderate cardio sessions to my workout regimen.
After my workout, Ethan fed Peach and I videoed it. I have seen a snake eat many times before, but I was startled by how fast she was! It was so fast you could hardly see her move!
We then got the dishes done, lunches packed and headed to bed. We read a chapter in the Land of Stories. I read some in my Thrive book that I am reading and then headed to bed myself.
