It was a low day for me so that meant meat and veggies for my meals along with my two superfood protein shakes.
Joe and I left a bit early to walk back and get the car from the condo as I was doing a fitting for my fitness competition suits! Exciting! I have pictures, but I'm not ready to reveal them yet! I love how the suits are looking. They aren't quite done. I am also loving how my body is whipping into shape for the stage! Here's the colour swatches, but that's all I am going to give you for now!
After the fitting, we headed back to the condo, chatted with Ethan for a few minutes and watched a movie before heading off to bed.
Today's big re-learn was that with dedication, commitment, and follow through, small changes happen over time and I can sculpt the body that I would like to walk across the stage at my competition with. It's 80% nutrition and 20% exercise despite what most people think. We can't outrun our fork! Our body is built in the kitchen. In the gym, we tear it up. Flood your body with nutrients not calories!
