I did another ketosis day 1 which was two superfood protein shakes with nut butter in them and three meals of meat and veggies. Two of the meals were high fat meat with green veggies and the other meal was low fat meat with nuts and green veggies.
I've been reading Awaken the Giant Within by Tony Robbins with my friend, Jessica. We had a great chat about what we learned in chapter 2.
I then packed up my food and got ready. We headed to my sister's house for Easter dinner. We picked up my Aunt Carol on the way and enjoyed a nice visit with family.
After dinner we headed home and watched a movie. I felt good so while we watched the movie, I did another cardio session.
After the movie we headed to bed. I read a little in Awaken the Giant Within and headed off to sleep.
