I was glad that Joe was home with Ethan as it meant that I could just worry about myself and sleep and eat for the day. I didn't do my workouts again today. I was beginning to be quite anxious about not working out with it being so close to my competition, but Coach Michelle assured me that the important thing to do was to rest and get better. She also assured me that the hard work was done and that I could coast these last few weeks and still look great on stage.
It was a ketosis low fat day so I had two superfood protein shakes and three meals of low fat meat with green veggies.
I got up around dinner time and watched a movie with Joe and Ethan and then headed back to bed. Boy this bug was a doozey!
