I was feeling a tad bit better, but not totally myself by any stretch! I decided to get up and do a bit of work. I hadn't planned on making the book club call for Unshakeable, but since I was awake, I went on the call. It was another cool conversation about investing. It is awesome what we are learning in this book! Investors beware! I would highly suggest that you read this book! It could mean the difference between 10 years of retirement income in your pocket or spent on fees!
I didn't do any workouts today as I was still feeling too weak and I didn't want to push it! It was a low fat ketosis day so my meals consisted of two superfood protein shakes and three meals of low fat meat with green veggies.
Ethan was scheduled to stay the night at my Mom's place as I was supposed to go to Toronto on Thursday. Since I was up ad about, I decided to pack up his stuff for the sleepover. I figured I was on the mend and that I would be able to go to Toronto the following day.
I drove in and picked Ethan up from school and took him to my Mom's for the night.
I headed back home and went to bed for an early night so that I would feel well enough to go to Toronto the next day.
