After I dropped Ethan off I headed home to catch up on some more work and studying.
I enjoyed a call with a friend, Bonnie. We talked about the importance of doing things even when we are afraid, how the fear is there anyway, and that we gain confidence by small wins over time. It was a great conversation and I appreciated Bonnie's input!
In the afternoon, I had my coaching call with my authenticity/life coach, Darcy. We talked about how changing perspectives can change a situation. We looked at how to perform this activity and I was super excited to implement it in some of my relationships.
I headed to pick Ethan p early as he had his annual check up. It's the only time he goes to the Dr so I figure it's a good idea for him to go and see her at least once whether he needs to or not.
When we were done at the Dr, we headed to Ted's house for Ethan's guitar practice. It was a long practice as Ted was quite excited to teach Ethan how to play his Ukelele that he got from Joe's side of the family for his birthday. Once Ted had taught Ethan how to play the ukulele, they switched gears and went back to finger picking on Ethan's classical guitar.
After guitar practice, we headed home and I did my upper body workout and followed that with my other superfood protein shake.
We then got ready for bed, read a chapter in The Land of Stories and then I read some in Unshakeable. I had a team call where we talked about the plans for our next event. I then headed off to sleep.
