After meditating, I got up and did my fasted cardio intervals.
Today's food again was 5 meals of low fat meat with 1 cup of green veggies - either broccoli, spinach, green beans, or asparagus.
Today's water was also 6.5 L. With getting up at my usual time, this was a breeze!
I'm feeling good and am uber excited to see how it is all falling into place, just like Coach Michelle said that it would! With yesterday being weigh in and measurement day, you can find that information below.
After dropping Ethan off at school, I headed home to do attend my leadership call and do my weight workout for the day. I was really grateful to have leadership call back to 930 am as I could focus on it instead of needing to do my workout at the same time. I generally find how to make things work, but there are definitely more ideal situations than others!
On leadership call, we talked about changing our team meetings to Monday night to make it easier for people to attend. I'm excited about this change as it will begin our week off powerfully! I'm looking forward to leading the training coming up in a few weeks.
After leadership call, I did my weight workout which was back and trapezius muscles. This week it is key to focus in on specific muscle groups, max out my weight even more, and add more reps while doing them slowly!
In the afternoon, I had my last posing practice with my friend, Deb, who was a dance teacher for over 30 years. I am so grateful for the time that Deb spent with me over the last several weeks sharing her wisdom about stage presence. I really feel like I am going to rock the stage on Saturday! A really cool thing that happened as well was that I mastered my back pose! I am so excited about this as I have been attempting this since beginning posing and kept having chicken wings! Not anymore! You can see a nice wide and flat back with lats popping out! YES!
After posing, I headed to pick Ethan up from school and then we went home. It was nice to enjoy dinner with him, get the dishes done in a less panicked state, pack lunches leisurely, and still have time to read with him. I am truly grateful that all the hard work has paid off and is nearing the end. The last several months of long exercise sessions have been tough, but I feel so proud and accomplished because I DID IT!
After reading a chapter in The Land of Stories, Ethan and I headed off to bed. I read a bit in Awaken the Giant Within and then drifted off to sleep as well.

Overall, for this last program I have released a total of 8.5 lbs and 6.5 inches! Super cool! Some of this is water weight, but some of it is definitely fat loss too!
Now are you ready for this? Overall, for these last 6 months that I have been working with Coach Michelle, I have released 28.5 lbs and 37.75 inches! BOOM!
