There is evidence that our emotions are stored in our body which then leads to health issues. One technique that will help to release stored emotions is Chiropractic manipulation. I recently started getting torque release technique chiropractic adjustments and I love them. After the first adjustment, I cried on and off the whole next day. Initially, I couldn’t figure out why I was crying periodically for no reason at all, but then I realized that it was my adjustment that was releasing stored emotion. Awesome! My chiropractor describes it as the Ferrari of the adjustment techniques.

Chiropractic adjustments serve many other things than just releasing emotions. Our spine is the route through which our nerves connect to all the organs and systems in our body. Due to this fact, it makes sense that taking good care of our spine also takes good care of our body. If our spine is out of alignment, or subluxated as they call it in chiropractic terms, this puts pressure on our nerves which prevents the electrical impulses from getting through as easily (or at all).
My son has been going to our chiropractor since he was 6 months old. Had I known earlier than that about the need for him to go, he would have been going since he was born. The process of been birthed puts immense pressure on the spine of a baby. Nursing problems, colic, constant crying, can all be relieved with a chiropractic adjustment. Adjustments in children and babies are very gentle. When he was a baby, the adjustments consisted of our chiropractor placing a small amount of pressure with her finger on the correct position to make the adjustment. Now that my son is older an activator is used against my chiropractor’s finger to cause the adjustment to happen.
A lot of people think that chiropractic adjustments are painful, but that is not the case with the new techniques available today such as table and torque release. The immense amount of relief that you experience when your spine is put back into alignment is wonderful!
Some benefits of chiropractic care include:
· Increased immune function
· Management of pain without the use of drugs
· Increased range of movement
· Triggering your body’s innate ability to heal
· Improved sleep
